Our coaching programs are personal, and so is our refund approach. The summary below covers the most common situations. If yours does not fit neatly into a category, please write to us — we always start from a willingness to find a fair outcome.

1. Try the first session

If after your very first session in any program you feel the experience is not the right fit, let us know within seven days. We will refund the unused balance of the program in full, with no need to justify your decision.

2. Refunds during a program

If you decide to stop a program after attending more than one session, we will refund the value of any sessions that have not yet taken place. Sessions already completed are not refundable, since the time has been delivered.

3. Pause instead of cancel

You can also pause an ongoing program for up to eight weeks. While paused, your remaining sessions are held in place and can be resumed without losing any value.

4. Workplace Studio bookings

For team workshops, the deposit covers our preparation time and is non-refundable once a date has been agreed. The remaining balance is fully refundable up to seven days before the workshop.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Send an email to serviceteam@zluzarinkhakryon.world with the subject "Refund request".
  2. Include your full name and the date of your first session.
  3. We will reply within two business days to confirm the refund amount.
  4. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days.

6. Gift programs

Programs purchased as a gift can be transferred to another recipient at any time before the first session. Gift purchases are otherwise covered by the same refund terms as standard bookings.

7. Pricing and currency

All prices on this website are listed in US dollars. If you paid using a different currency, the refund will be returned in US dollars and your bank will apply the prevailing exchange rate.

8. Changes to this policy

If we ever revise these terms, the change will only apply to bookings made after the new version is published. Existing bookings are honoured under the policy in force at the time of purchase.
