Zluzarinkhakryon ("we", "our", or "the studio") respects the privacy of every visitor and client. This policy explains in plain language what information we collect, why we collect it, how we keep it safe, and the rights you hold over your own data.   • Information you give us directly: the name, email address, and message you submit through our contact form.
  • Information collected automatically: standard server logs such as the date and time of your visit, the page requested, and an anonymised browser fingerprint used purely for security and uptime monitoring.
  • Cookies: a single first-party cookie used to remember whether you have already accepted our cookie notice. We do not run any advertising trackers on this site.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information you share with us only for the purpose for which you shared it: to reply to your enquiry, to schedule a session, to keep your written notes safe, and to comply with the law. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Lawful basis

We rely on your explicit consent (the checkbox on our contact form), the necessity of processing in order to deliver a service you have requested, and our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and functional.

5. How long we keep your information

Contact-form submissions are kept for up to twelve months after the last interaction, then quietly deleted. Session notes for active clients are stored for the duration of the engagement plus two years for record-keeping purposes, after which they are anonymised or destroyed.

6. How we keep your information safe

Our website is delivered exclusively over HTTPS. Internal records are stored on encrypted, access-controlled systems. Only the small number of coaches who need to see your notes can access them. Periodic backups are encrypted at rest, and we never email plain-text personal data.

7. Your rights

  • The right to ask what personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to ask us to correct any information that is inaccurate.
  • The right to withdraw consent and ask for your data to be erased.
  • The right to receive your information in a portable format.
  • The right to object to any specific use of your data.

8. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen years of age. If you believe a child has shared information with us by mistake, please contact us so we can delete it.
